At Work Shoe Shop, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for processing the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please notify us immediately, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page. If you have any concerns about a specific product, please contact us. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
